Our own personal boundaries are super complex and defensive, Machiavellian in nature. They protect us. They hide us. They hurt us. They hold us back.
We all have blind spots around boundaries that we prefer to ignore. We would rather blame someone else for boundary pushing than address our own blind spots. When boundaries are pushed, we tend to go into massive protection mode instead of addressing where we might be more specifically absent in our boundaries or unconsciously seeking boundary encroachment. Understanding the nuances within your boundaries is key to taking self responsibility for how we energetically attract boundary pushing.
