This past week has moved me rather quickly from a temporary house I enjoyed living in back into my home. The move has me thinking about peeling back the onion skin of personal growth and process. It has me understanding, again, that the processes we go through in life are always interconnected and always point us towards the possibility of even more growth towards our inner potential.
Being in England for the past 4 months, I was not ungrounded. I did not move too fast. I was checking in enough. Yet finding myself back in Italy I keep thinking “Wow. I am so much more grounded, slow, and connected here.” Having done this 90-day dance between home and travel for a few years now, I am noticing that every time I return home, I reground. It is a completely different feeling than grounding.
