In other essays I have talked about tipping points. In this one, I am going to explain the process of tipping a bit more. Let’s define a tipping point as anything that reaches a critical state due to enough input making change necessary. In process work, a tipping point can be physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, or a combination of any of these. Too many negative thoughts are just as likely to create a depression as one awful experience. The same is true for personal process. Shadow can push itself out into awareness through quiet nudging or a giant push. Either way we cannot look at something with eyes that want to change until we actually experience a tipping point.
