How to Access More Nourishing States of Being
Understanding where our will originates and how to look for personal flow.
We all know that it is important to figure out how to be in a personal flow in life that nourishes and grounds us in the truth of who we are. Of course, while this might be a concept of thought, creating it into an actual way of being takes some introspection. We need to figure out where our will comes from in order to access a sense of nourishment from our actions.
Many of us spend more time in our life in reaction, unconsciously pushing back against what is happening to us, avoiding conflict or uncomfortable emotions, and/or protecting loved ones from themselves or the consequences of their actions. Action comes in the form of push instead of desire.
