An Invitation To Pause

Letting the short days and busy holidays meet in the breath

Synchronicity brought me to the King's Stone Circle in England at the start of a solstice ceremony put on by a local druid group called The Watchers. It was humbling (and fun!) to take part in an earth ritual in a place that has been experiencing over five thousand years of attention to the natural cycles of the earth. It reminded me of how important it is that we pause in the midst of our spiraling in and out.
